Nokia 6220 Classic Review

The Nokia 6220 Classic is a basic mobile phone. This device is quad band and provides support for 3G networks. Included with the Nokia 6200 Classic is a 2.2 inch TFT screen. Users have the option to customise the mobile phone’s wallpaper and screensaver.

Compared to similar Nokia mobile phones, the 6220 Classic is a lightweight device at just 90 grams. This mobile phone is 108 mm long by 47 mm wide and it is 15 mm thick. Users can expect to get up to 3 hours and 30 minutes of talk time or 250 hours on standby from the standard battery. The Nokia 6200 Classic is also capable of around 13 hours of music playback.

Users will find a Stereo FM radio with RDS included in the Nokia 6220 Classic. This mobile phone also supports the M4A, WAV, and MP3 music formats. To store music on the 6200 Classic, Nokia has included 120 megabytes of internal memory. A microSD expansion slot will allow users to expand this up to 8 gigabytes.

An impressive 5 megapixel camera has also been included with the Nokia 6200 Classic. Picture quality will be improved with the addition of xenon flash, auto focus, and Carl Zeiss optics. For those who are looking for video calling capabilities, this mobile phone includes a secondary VGA camera that has been designed for this purpose.

The Nokia 6220 Classic is available as a contract mobile phone. Contract lengths vary between 12 and 18 months. Depending on the contract selected, the handset can sometimes be obtained for free.
